I’ve always been drawn to colour.

I grew up in Estonia, a post-Soviet country where dark tones were everywhere. The fashion, the endless grey winters, the heaviness that came with it. My mum would hunt down bright fabric or source it from overseas just to sew something colourful for me. Finding joy in what you wore took real effort.

I spent years dreaming of somewhere sunny. In 2014, I chased that feeling all the way to Australia.
