Shipping
Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Sorbee Collective is not responsible for shipping delays caused by Australia Post, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once orders are dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping carrier.

Pre-Orders
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that dispatch timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally change due to manufacturing or shipping delays outside of our control.
Pre-order cancellations are accepted before dispatch only.
