Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00

  • Express Shipping: $20.00

Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimated by Australia Post and are in addition to our processing time.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days depending on your location

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days depending on your location

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high postal volumes, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number.

You can track your parcel via Australia Post at auspost.com.au.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are shipped separately from in-stock items.

Once your pre-order item becomes available, it will be processed and dispatched within our standard 2–4 business day processing timeframe.

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number once your pre-order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

SORBEE COLLECTIVE PTY LTD is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sorbee.com.au and we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, SORBEE COLLECTIVE PTY LTD is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels caused by Australia Post or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking number to lodge an enquiry.

We will always do our best to assist where possible.
