We want you to love your Sorbee pieces, so we've kept our returns policy as simple and fair as possible π
Return Conditions
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- unworn and unwashed, with tags attached
- in their original packaging where possible
- free from marks such as makeup, fake tan, perfume or deodorant
Our pieces come in beautiful light colours, so we kindly ask that extra care is taken when trying them on.
To get started, email info@sorbee.com.au with your order number and wait for approval before sending anything back.
Need a Different Size?
Shopping online can be tricky, so we're happy to exchange your item for another size within 30 days, subject to availability.
You cover the cost of returning the item to us, and we'll cover the cost of sending your new size back to you.
If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead, provided the item meets the conditions above.
Changed Your Mind?
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the return conditions above.
You can choose either:
- Store credit to use on a future Sorbee purchase, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If something isn't quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, store credit or refund.
We'll cover return postage for approved faulty, damaged or incorrect items and may ask for a quick photo or video to help assess the issue.
Items That Can't Be Returned
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed or marked
- Sale items returned for change of mind
Sale items are still covered under the Australian Consumer Law if they arrive faulty.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch by emailing us.
Once dispatched, this policy applies as normal.
Refunds & Your Rights
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which always apply, including to sale items.
